What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
Houdini Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect when you use houdini.digital, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you fill in a form on this site, or submit a lead form from one of our Google ads, we receive the details you enter. That is typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and your message.
- How you found us. We use Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to see which pages are read, which search terms bring people here, and which ads lead to enquiries. This is collected through cookies and is about behaviour on the site, not about you personally.
- If you call or message. Calling the number above or opening WhatsApp from this site shares your phone number with us, the same as any other call or message.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to quote for work, and to understand which of our own marketing is worth paying for. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
Who else sees it
- Google. Analytics and advertising measurement. If you submit a lead form attached to one of our ads, Google holds that lead for up to 30 days before we download it.
- Meta. The Meta Pixel reports page views and enquiries so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show ads to people who have visited this site before.
- Netlify. Hosts this website and receives contact form submissions on our behalf.
Both are processors acting for us. Nobody else receives your details.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. There are no advertising cookies from any other network. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact plus two years, so we can pick up a conversation that goes quiet. Analytics data expires on Google's own schedule, currently 14 months.
Getting your data removed
Email houdinipakistan@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on request. No form to fill in and no reason required.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date below. We do not backdate it.
