What should a property launch film do?

It should let a buyer picture the finished home, show location and payment plan in the order they decide, and move them to message you. One long film and short cuts for ads do that job.

A launch film has one job: move a buyer from "interesting" to "I want to see this site". Beautiful shots alone will not do that. Plan the film around the questions your buyer asks, in the order they ask them.

What your buyer needs from it

  • Where is it? Show the area and what sits around it: roads, schools, the markets your buyer already knows.
  • What does it look like? Show the exterior, the entrance and the lobby. Use the real design from your drawings.
  • Can I live here? Take them through the rooms, furnished and lit. Families decide here.
  • Can I afford it? Show the payment plan on a clear card near the end.
  • What do I do next? End on one action, with your WhatsApp number on screen.

Begin with what stops the thumb

You get a second or two on Instagram before someone scrolls on. Open on your strongest view of the finished building or the room with the most light. Save the company logo for the end. Your buyer has no reason to care about your logo yet.

Show the real project

Build the film from your architect's drawings. Match the materials you have actually chosen. A film that shows a marble lobby you will later finish in tile costs you trust at handover, and your next launch pays for it. Stock clips of happy families or foreign cities also read as fake to a buyer in Karachi or Lahore.

Think about sound

Many people watch with the sound off, so put the main facts on screen. Others turn it on, so write a voiceover that sounds like a person talking. Urdu or English depends on your buyer, and you can cut one version in each.

Make more than one cut

One long film will not serve every place you need it. Plan these from the start:

  • The full film for the sales office screen, YouTube and your project page.
  • Short upright cuts for Instagram and Facebook ads, each with one idea, such as the location or the master bedroom.
  • An overseas cut for buyers abroad, who need more about the area and about how buying from a distance works.

Walkthrough or launch film

A walkthrough moves through the building as if you were walking. A launch film tells a wider story with the location, the lifestyle and the payment plan. A smaller project can make the walkthrough do both jobs. A larger scheme usually wants both.

What to prepare before the work starts

Have your final drawings ready, or tell us what may still change. Choose the materials, and share reference films you like and a few you dislike. Decide on the buyer you care about most, because the film cannot talk to everyone. Agree the payment plan first, since that card goes on screen. Name one person who approves the storyboard. You save time and money when you approve a still of each shot before the film gets made.

Mistakes that make a film fail

  • Spending the first ten seconds on the logo and a slow drone rise.
  • Leaving out the payment plan and the WhatsApp number.
  • Showing every amenity for the same length of time, so nothing stays in the buyer's mind.

How to judge it

Judge your film by what buyers do. Compare the cost per enquiry and the cost per site visit from each cut. If a cut gets views and no messages, change the opening or the offer. Ask your sales team what buyers say when they call, and use those words in the next cut.

Common questions

How long should a property launch film be?

Your full film needs enough time to cover location, design, rooms and payment plan. Our own real estate film runs fifty four seconds. Your ad cuts should be much shorter, with one idea each.

Can you make a film before the building exists?

Yes. We build the project in 3D from your drawings and film it there, so you can show it before construction starts.

What do you need from us?

Plans, sections and elevations as CAD files or PDFs, your material choices, the payment plan and a few reference films you like.

Should the payment plan appear in the film?

Yes, near the end, on a clear card. Buyers who know the plan and still message you are more serious.
